Where we Mourn:

‘The cemetery,’ wrote Thomas W. Laquer, ‘would not speak of a place but of people from all places … unknown to each other in life and thrown together in a place with which they might have had only the most transitory acquaintance’.

Commitment

Exams are over and a long talk with Gerri Excell has assured me the project is on the right track. All those who have volunteered content have delivered. I am now knee deep into putting it together. The one hour masterpiece is now looking like a 30 minute tightly scripted feature. I have been in touch with Shaw Cable and they are interested in running it when completed. I derive this from the fact that the fellow I spoke with four months ago remembered my name. I am hopeful, this is the season of hope, right?

  1. Happy New Year Brian,
I have been reading your blog for a while with lots of interest. I get your commitment & I thank you for it. I have been on a similar roadside memorial's journey & know how tough it is to stay true to a commitment. This is truly a subject that needs to get out, so stay hopeful.

Here is a quote that has provided hope for me & I would like to share it with you.

"No matter how long the winter, spring is sure to follow." ~Proverb

    Keep it up!
